Tired of poor signal service and dry promises

We dont have signal on our farm. The tower is 3km as the crow flies. We have to call people back with every call. It cost us double. We are premium clients and our reality as we live on a farm is farm attacks. Some days there are no signal we cant do anything. We have lodged complaints at the Cell.C branch. Cell C we are not the only ones in our district. You are going to loose many clients. We must pay every month our bill on time. We want the same service also. It looks like you dont care about the farm areas and the people who are using your service. If we don't pay on time every month you will cancel our subscription. But you dont do what you promise your clients. We cant acces our internet banking because their is a no service writting on the phone. My husband work late many nights I can't get hold of him because of the NO SERVICE word on my phone.
