tired of no service delivery

I have been contacting cell c for the passed 3 months trying to get proper signal with absolutely no result. Apart from dealing with totally *********** call centre agents I have had a cell c technician come out to my home to test the signal n fix the problem which was I month ago. I still have absolutely no signal in my home n have to either go outside or wait till I get to work to get my msg now I don't even get my standard calls n smses. I don't see how is it that I pay my contract every month to receive this pathetic service with no results n no proper explanation for the problem. As a consumer my responsibility is my bill as a provider cell c has to deliver on the services I pay for which is clearly negligent n disrespectful as well as devaluing as I have not received feedback even after 3 months.
