Tired of maybe tomorrow!!

A couple of weeks ago I was held up at gun point and my phone was ****** from me. We are insured with cell c insurance and put in a claim for a replacement device. The claim was granted and the excess was paid. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered in store. Everyday they have some bull**** story regarding couriers etc. Maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow is all we have been hearing for the past 2 weeks. Please get your act together!!
