Tired of fighting

Cell C will deduct money from your account after it has been closed. They promise to get back to you and make it as if it is your problem. They don't even bother to listen to the voice recording from their call center before trying to attempt to listen to you as a client. Suppose that's how it goes if you are a small fish in a big pond. Any citizen should avoid taking a contract with them as there is now after sales service or problem solution. Now they offer me a credit on a closed account instead of a refund - ha ha ha. Does this sorts out any client's problem - hell NO !!
