Tired of Different stories
<p>I'm sick and tired of calling stupid customer care to change my debit order to cash payment while I get different stories and scenarios... and all I want is to pay by cash not story telling whilst cell c wants its money.... I'm very angry with the **** service I constantly get.</p>
Please be advised that debit orders are mandatory. A cash payment can be made at least 5 working days before the debit order is due to avoid being debited from Cell C. Cell C will only take into consideration if you either no longer have a bank account or if you are no longer employed. On both accounts documentation would need to be sent to Cell C for the arrangement to be approved and changed.
