24 month contract expired in June, which was R705.00 per month, normal package price that was invoiced was R825 and now this months invoice R906. They tell me the R825 was a pro-rata amount, and R906 is now the full amount? How can there be a pro rata after a contract expires? I’m being ********** by cell c. Canceling the contract now after 4 years. They are not willing to help. You guys are really expensive now and really don’t consider your clients.
