Tired and disappointed by Cell C

Cell C is very annoying. Booked for my device for repairs in January 2018 and only received it now in May 2018. They expect me to pay something I didn't use. They debit my account whenever it suits them. No one knows what the debit orders are for. When I call no one knows what is going on. This has been escalated from customer care to repairs and to escalation department. No solution has been provided. Only dealing with rude agents and keeps on wasting my time. Tshepo from escalations refused to allow me to speak to supervisor.
