Time wasters

Must useless and pathetic network provider. I phoned them last week to get bank details changed, due to passing of the a family member. They did advise us that we need to send an email with death certificate and ID. No problem we sent the info. So a day later a lady calls us to advise to change everything will be a complicated process. No problem. Can we keep our numbers and move to prepaid and cancel thr contact. Yes sure, you will need to pay outstanding balance. No problem. Are you sure our numbers will be moved over to prepaid. Yes she was sure. So my father in law pays the outstanding amount. Boom few hours later all the numbers are deactivated. Today I phone Cell C, this useless, pathetic *********** person tells me I need to email again to activate the numbers. First off all when we asked there were no concerns. No problems would dock up. Now phones are nit working. Asking to speak to a someone higher than the supervisor, he doesn't want to give me details. So useless. Time wasters you are!!!!
