TIME TO LEAVE CELL C FOR GOOD

Payed the areas double the amount and they said the areas where from December,ok I didn't argue and they said your account is over with R20 guess what Cell C deducted double the amount month end March and month end February I called to cancel the useless contract but now I got the sms,data's and free minutes,then I called customer care the consultant says my contract will be terminated on the 04/04 and month end I'll be paying AGAIN,like maybe it's better if I stop using this network 'coz it shows they'll rip me off for as long as I'm with this network.I promise you I'll never advise anyone to take a contract with them.

Good morning Elizabeth

Please note that 1 month cancellation notice needs to be given. Our records indicates that you gave notice on 04/03/2019. The contract will be terminated on 04/04/2019.

This month will be the last debit for the contract.
