Threshia Ramjith

Be very careful of cell c, lets start with someone who should not be working for them, Threshia Ramjith, When I phoned and wanted to cancel my month to month contract due to the horrible service from cell c, she said she would sort the matter out, even send a email, Well today she actually phoned. So she tries to force something on you and when its over what you want she starts all over again lol. I have a month to month contract I do not want to upgrade it I am happy the way it is, I want a new line also month to month, easy as that, this lady tells me that that she will upgrade the number I have, then I have to buy a sim card, then she would be able to upgrade a new number and change the number I am happy with to a prepaid. WOW This is not what I want. According to Cell C, I do not meet there credit criteria, yet every month they take just under R2000, never missed a payment. I have a month to month, LTE and cell contract, so wanting another month to month contract is a huge issue, and then someone at head office has no idea what she is talking about. The CEO is hiding somewhere. I even cancelled the fiber line that I was thinking of taking. Thats how bad it is, the new CEO brings the downfall of cell c hiding away and Threshia Ramjith should not be working at head office level. But to make this even funnier I received to smses abut order been approved. Mr CEO can you speak to the people keeping cell c afloat or does the customer not matter. Seriously cell c is becoming a circus.
