THREATS OF LEGAL ACTION FROM CELL C ATTORNEYS - SMS RECEIVED

I have informed cell c of my unemployment status, I have made arrangements to pay R200 (funds which I receive from family and friends for medication and food) towards my cell c bill. I kindly requested that cell c halt billing me as I need to CATCH UP with my payment but disappointedly the rejected my plea.

Today I receive a message from attorneys!!! What is going on?? why did cell c hand me over when i made payment arrangements with them???? is this how you treat the down-trodden!!!!! No empathy at all!

copy of sms received: Please call us on *** re your Cell C account to avoid further action. HP Attorneys ***

What the hell???? this is totally unfair!!!!!!

Yes, feedback: that Cell C cannot STOP billing me (despite my line being suspended for 5 months) How am I going to catch up with payments if the bill is now at R4000
Around June it was R2000 odd, then R3000, R4000 odd....is this fair? no!!!
I have a payment arrangement in place with cell c, why are attorneys calling me??????

to be handed over? I was told that should I make payment arrangements, I will not be handed over! so why is Cell C going against their word...why did you hand me over when I have payment arrangements in place...explain this to me....I have consulted legal aid and if there is payment arrangements in place, you cannot hand me over!

I have equally routed this issue to the Credit Ombudsman

I was not given clarity on the matter of being handed over! I MADE ARRANGEMENTS AND YOU DO NOT HAND A CLIENT OVER IF THERE IS PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE...

With regards to cellc not assisting me with halting my bill, no clarity as to why they cannot...JUST A FEEDBACK...declined they cannot help me...is this clarity??

cell c has not attended to my query yet their customer service agent of last week had a cheeky attitude towards me...I am being harassed by external collections party to make payment YET I HAVE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH CELL C, BETWEEN CELL C AND I...last week i received a notice from the external party and today as well....what is going on? I have a payment arrangement in place with cell c, why am I being threatened?????

Urgent Payment on your Cell C acc is overdue, no payment may result in penalties. Call: *** or Email: *** ***

I have checked my cell bill and why IS IT R11 733.13!!!!!!!!gosh are you guys mad?????
