Threatening Cell C call agent
Hi, Please train your call agents or whoever you give your clients details to from a 3rd party call centre to refrain from threatening YOUR client, Received a call this morning from *** asking to speak to a Dyllin Van Niekerk, i advised there is no person like that here, caller then asked me for my name and number which i refuse to give as they should have my details from the system if they are from Cell C, he said if i dont give him my name they will continue to phone me. Please dont threaten me with phone calls. I upgraded the nr 2 weeks ago so there should be no need for Cell C to call me for the next 36 month.

10 May 2022, 13:58No they did not as i did not give them chance to explain as they asked for the wrong person who i do not know, therefore they had no business to discuss anything with me thats not related or for me.
They did not know my name so they had no right to address me with valid information if they do not know who they are speaking to.
