Threatened to be disconnected for R51.00

It took Cell C almost 22 months to sort out a problem from their side, I was listed with ITC because of said mistake, this has only recently been rectified. January was a very long month and money stretched tight, this is the first time since I have had my contract with Cell C that I did not pay the entire amount. I short paid by R51.00. I received a notification asking when this shortfall will be paid and I indicated that I will make the shortfall up with the next payment on the 25th. Today I get an sms threatening to disconnect me if I do not pay the R51.00 immediately! Furthermore, I will be charged an extra R70.00 for a reconnection fee. Are you KIDDING ME? When I called Customer Care I am told nonchalantly that it does not matter that I have never missed a payment or made a short payment, neither does it matter that the amount is ONLY R51.00, outstanding is outstanding. I find this deplorable service - I understand TELKOM has a policy that your shortfall may not be more than R100.00 else they will disconnect you but for heaven's sake, my bill was R500.00 off rand and I paid R450.00 - now you threaten me over R51.00? Pathetic customer service. Pathetic
