Threatened By Cell C - A BUNCH OF *****

Cell C has not only responded to my request 18 days after my initial email to them, it is now a month and i am waiting for a resolve after speaking to the Call Center Manager Charlene. Lucky, an agent I consider a bully and someone who just threatened me, to go the legal route should i not accept the terms he laid out...WHAT ********!<br> Based on the lies and broken promises, i believe CELL C needs to make an exception and ensure that i am a happy customer. All of this would have not happened had they called back when they said they would, or kept their promises. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED THUS FAR. I want Charlene's Manager Gerald to call me today and give me the courtesy that i have extend to Cell C. Being a Loyal Customer to this Service provider for 10 years means nothing to them...CLEARLY!!
