Thought my contract was cancelled

My contract was cancelled I got a sms stating it was cancelled was informed I will be debited r50 I agreed to it on the 15th October 2017 I waited for the debit nothing few days went past I got a sms stating the debit was rejected never took it to head until it went on for few days I decided to call cell c got through to a lady which transferred me to FANYANA MASLIO this was on the 26 October 2017 I gave him a reference number where he picked up MEROPENG MOTANA was handling this complaint he said his going to email MEROPENG MOTANA to give me a call to tell why I was debited I asked FANYANA how long will it take he said he can just send the email I gave him a turn around time of 48 hours up to date I never got a call I want that money back into my account and I want my credit it's been over 14 days
