this is what you get from being loyal customer to cell c poor or very bad customer service Poor customer , poor droduct knowledge, poor service delivery am very very angry and unhappy with the service that I received from cell c , whats worse I have be their loyal client for 10 years, I ask the agent to cancel my contract with them not to block my prepaid sim card or number and you know what she did blocked my sim card I have been using for more than 10 years. What worse I spended a day calling them to reverse what their agent didn't they kept on telling that their supervisor cannot authorise that, that cannot even reverse the mistake that has been done by a agent . Honestly am so not happy because this number are my life I use them for my work and my personal life that and this means my is on standstill because of cell c.
