This is the worst service ever

Good day<br> <br> This is almost week 3 now that I have been waiting for my phone to be delivered. I am not happy at this moment as I feel that you are a service provider you are suppose to have areas of client services and thus far I have not experienced any of that.<br> <br> The monday I get a call to tell me the stock will be there on Tuesday my phone will be coming in the week. Today I called and then there is no stock available. How long does it take you to get stock? <br> <br> This is not acceptable or is it on the standards of the service provider?<br> <br>
