This is the worst ever!!! Really Cell C

Thapelo, skumbuzo and everyone else that works for Cell C is taking me as a customer for the biggest fool. Every month I am on hello peter as they are not doing their jobs. I am in arrears for my data contract because Cell C didn't want to replace it when it was damaged goods they issued me over 2 years ago which I also put on hello peter for but CELL C DIDNT DO ANYTHING!! They suspend my current line as they please because apparently they allowed to do that!!! When they are aware as all conversations are recorded!!! that I pay my account via EFT doing best to keep line open!! they still putting debits through to a bank acc that my salary is nott paid into which I have mentioned countless times now due to that I am in arrears on my current line every month and its not right!!! I am not appreciating then Thapelo to call me and be condescending when he told me I should pay R210 each month as apparently costs go up and CELL C DONT HAVE TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS AS ITS IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!! Now its either I am missing the plot here but CELL C I AM GIVING YOU ONE LAST CHANCE JUST ONE AS I CANNOT GO THROUGH THIS POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE EVERY MONTH!!!!! JUST REALLY POOR THE POOREST SERVIC
