This is the email I sent to Cell C

hi my name is ewert matthee cell *** wirh regards to the above i would like to bring the following to your attention.<br> <br> i have 4 contracts with you of which one is a data line and last week my daughter who uses the laptop for school told me that the data package is not working when i phoned i got a person who could not help me and kept asking me if i am phoning from the ****le(which is not possible) out of frustration i put the phone down and phoned the next day . found a very compliant lady forgot to ask her name and we established that cell c lodged the debit order against the wrong account, she then apologized for that and reconnect my line. on Saturday i once again realized that my line was suspended i phoned in and spoke to trudie. explained the situation to her and her response was that i did not pay and there is nothing she can do because i did not pay and i must follow procedures. i then resizes i am getting no where and asked her to transfer me to a supervisor. i was informed by her that the supervisor will tell me the same and i must follow procedures after asking her several times to transfer me i eventually screamed at her to xfer me but all she said is i must p
