This is pathetic, time to change service provider
It's about 4 times in the last 12 months that I must change my sons sim card. About every 3 months my cell c sim card crash and i need to get a new one. Its cost about R20 every time, is this a new trend how cell c are making extra money. This is pathetic, time to change service provider

SIM cards (chips) are electronic components, and as such are prone to damage due to a huge plethora of things and causes, just to mention a few: Electric shock from the battery of the device they are supposed to go in. Static electricity discharge. Corrosion if exposed to humidity.
