This is ludicrous

<p>So Cell C, you keep telling me each time I post here, that someone will phone me back. The last time was friday. I still havent heard anything. Today Cell C phones me to tell me I'm due for an upgrade. ARE you KIDDING me???????? I have three contracts I dont want, I'm paying you R3000 a month for NOTHING, and yet you have the time to phone about an upgrade. This has been going on for almost 2 months. I am now literally in tears. Please don't respond with someone will get back to me, because that does not happen! How, PLEASE tell me am I meant to sort this out if nobody gets back to me. How many months do I have to get triple debited before this gets fixed! This is pure INSANITY. There is NOTHING i can do. I have a contract which I cannot get out of, so you guys just sit as I get debited every month, and then tell me you won't refund me, even though YOU refuse to sort this out. What are my options?????</p>
