This is how long term customers are treated
Sad gow long time customers gets treated.
Ok, I'm on debt review, like so many South Africans due to this bad economy, only have one month left then I'm totally clear of debt, will never ever go down that road again.
Anyways, in the past five years since being on debt review, I have never missed a payment, upgraded three contacts at least twice each, now I only qualify for a sim-only upgrade, even if I downgrade, I still can't get a device upgrade. What is the difference between a R300pm sim-only contract and a R300pm device-upgrade.
Really??? No wonder they are loosing customers
