this is getting out of hand

Right, this is getting old to complain on this site. Its been way too long from when I started with my claim and STILL no further. Floor managers even promise to phone me back and its been 2 days. This morning I spoke with a lady on ********** 305 and I told her my situation, she say takes my name ONLY, no number , no questions. She asks my name and just puts down the phone. WHAT? I need to take this issue to a whole other level to get what I am paying for.
