I was contacted by an Agent from Cell C selling me a contract for a Samsung J5 and a 10inch tablet for 149.00*24 months. I agreed to this contract as my partner and her colleague had been sold the same deal by the same agent. Only to find out that that deal does not exist from Cell C. ( I have an existing contracts with other service providers and only agreed to this one because I wanted to get my dad a gift for his birthday) .

I was later informed that the consultant actually captured something contrary to what was agreed upon over a recorded verbal contract. As I speak I'm being billed by Cell C for 2 contracts, 128.23 and 290.55 respectively. When I called them today they confirmed that I only have one contract.

Discussions between myself and the agent in question concluded in June, And as of today I have only received the Samsung J5 and no tablet. The last conversation I had with the agent's team leader was when she confirmed with me that my tablet would be delivered soon. This was towards the end of July/early August. I have been calling but they don't care to call me back. I've exhausted my patience with them. Now I'm beyond upset, I'm ****ed off. I will not sit back and be de*****ed in broad daylight
