THIS IS BS!!!!!!!!!!

I have had no joy dealing with Cell C, I received an call on the 19th of June from a lady who claimed to be from C surance***) and claimed they are waiting for the picture of my device’s box as they had requested from me, irritated as I was I told she was craze I received no communication regarding that request I hung up on her cause she was telling me nonsense and I didn’t expect to get a call requesting anything from me , I’m waiting for a call to say I must come collect my device, and the nerve of that lady to call me to tell that **** is unacceptable. I am at my wits end with this whole thing I’m sick of going back and forth with you guys it’s not fair, at this rate I should be receiving a new device for all that I have been through because of Cell .

What should one do to get help from Cell C. I’m tired of swearing and writing reviews on Hello Peter. Would you be happy if I took legal action you or go to the ombudsman? Maybe you’ll assist me then. Im sure even Rendani from Cell C Protea Glen Mall is sick of me calling him about this.

I’m fed up now can I please have my phone back fixed or give me a new so I can cut all ties with Cell C. it has been over 3 months of this **** but you have no problems when debiting my account.
