This is bad

Hello Peter I had a contract with Cell C back in 2017 I paid and then had issues so I stopped and call them some months later to find out how much I owe and the Agents transfered me from one department to another then one Agent gave me the legal department number, called them and made arrangements and paid back every cent got a call from the Attorneys to say that I paid back everycent I am not owing how they keep showing under my credit score and I do not like that.
