This company should die

Completely useless. I ordered and paid for one of the Black Friday deals. It was to be delivered within 3 days. Nothing turned up. I was out of the country so it didn't matter but 21 days later, I still don't have the SIM or the service that was promised and paid for. I've been on the phone for hours and got exactly nowhere. I've opened a disputed charge with my bank and have blocked them from future withdrawals. Don't they get that taking money and failing to deliver the service is *****?
