THIS COMPANY HAS NO BUSINESS ETHICS

An upgrade was processed on my cellphone number without my consent! I have contacted the supplier, reported them on HelloPeter two weeks ago, emailed their customer service and responsible department, reported them to ICASA, still no satisfaction as error has not been rectified. I have numerous case reference numbers, these have mysteriously disappeared from their records. This company merely gets a consultant to contact you regarding your complaint to enhance their reputation as a company that's responds to complaints, they have no intention of rectifying their errors and shady business practices. I have never experienced such poor service from any other service provider. Truly disgusted!
