Third Time's a Charm?

This will be the third time ive written a review here.

My first 2 can be found under my account if you need any reference point.

Short version of the story is that:

Basically i wanted a phone. Got **** to that it was coming. Tried to sort it out. From 3 different sources (a consultant, a store manager where the device is apparently in stock, and the previous hello peter reviews).

(and the first agent i was speaking to, Mahlomola Mokoena, just stopped responding to me altogether and ignored my emails) After i was responded to on the last one on 18 october, a few days after, someone named Richard from Cell called me on a monday (i think it was Monday the 21st) and said that they had sorted everything out and that the phone would be delivered by wednesday.

I cautioned him and said that i was going to go into labour very soon and asked if it could be delivered on Thursday or Friday, since this has taken over a month now and i wasnt expecting it so late: "NO PROBLEM"

He then confirmed my email address and all the bank details etc.

and said he would call me back to confirm everything before delivery.

NOTHING!

So ive waited a whole week now in case it got backlogged etc, but no one has contacted me.

and then every time i have to waste my time writing these reviews on HP.

please get someone to call me, or better yet email me so i have some sort of fvcking trail of breadcrumbs i can find my way back to you when this goes ***** up again.
