Third time extremely poor service

I have been extremely disappointed in Cell C's poor service. They dropped me with an upgrade in December, a Christmas gift for my daughter, when they did not think to notify me that the device we had ordered, had been discontinued. I had to find this out just before Christmas, when I called to follow-up after no word for 2 weeks. And then they were completely out of stock.

We could only re-order in Feb again, after their telephone system would not allow one to go through to upgrades, and they were not answering emails.

Now, yet again, I have been struggling to do an upgrade for my son. I ordered 2 weeks ago, and again, not word from them since then. There telephone lines are again faulty, not allowing you to speak to the upgrades division, even though I have complained about this many times now. I eventually spoke to the cancellation dept yesterday, only for them to notify me there is not stock (and stock was confirmed on ordering). It was again a gift, which is now overdue. They have no idea when they will be getting stock. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THE CELL C ROUTE!
