Think twice when it comes to Cell C

This is the worst network provider I ever dealt with. Im having problems with them for over a year, what is the point of sending a clearance letter when they don't updated it on their side. It's so hard trying to get in contact with them, they don't follow up on emails and make us fight with the consultants in the stores. Whoever wants to get a contract from Cell C please think twice, you will regret it for the rest of your life like me.

I had a contract with them in 2015 and paid it up in 2016, for them to call me 2017 saying I owe them money(CANCELATION FEE!!) which I then paid up the end of 2017 and got a clearance letter. Thinking it's all over and I'm moving on with my life, trying to open other accounts BOOM they say Cell c is still showing I owe them money. I'm so angry and upset with them, I just see red when I see/hear anything dealing with Cell C(adverti*****ts, people dealing with Cell C)
