Think twice
Please think twice about taking a contract with Cell C. I lost my phone and I had to call several times sending emails no one was able to help and at last one of the ladies provided me with ITC number to take to the Police station. Now I do not have a cellphone and my number is blacklisted I have sent an email on Monday till now haven't received help, but come payday the don't miss collecting their premium

17 Mar 2022, 11:46What about the replacement of the phone, I can not pay for something I no longer have. The lady who helped me with the contract said the lost/theft insurance from Hollard is included.
I will do it as soon as I know the step forward of receiving another device or cancelling the contract.

17 Mar 2022, 14:35My device installment is 234 so times that by 8 remaining months for my contract to end =R1872 so that is how much I will pay for this contract to end. This month of March the installment will go through. On the first I do want to receive any data ,mins and SMS's
