Think twice before you change to Cell C!

Our load shedding areas is 3B on the JHB City Grid, we are based in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort. When we have load shedding, we don't have any Cell C reception. This is a problem with our Mircom of the complex being on Cell C, also our What's App Group for the complex, those on Cell C don't get messages. My personal Samsung Tablet, also Cell C, no reception. Fortunately my mobile is with Vodacom and even during load shedding we have signal.
