Think of doing business with Cell C? Taking a contract? Dont!!!

This business is a legal ******** syndicate. They will pull out all the stops to keep you in a contract. I took out a contract with this firm that was expiring in March for an approximate cost of R150. I have informed Cell C numerous times when the call me to try to extend that I want the contract to end. Only to find out there was a process they wanted me to follow but they did not tell me. This is in direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Thereafter, not only did they automatically continue the contract, despite me telling them not to over months, they unilaterally establish a new contract at a rate of R350 which they argue is the same contract but that I am no longer on discount. Proposterous!! Ladies and gentleman, hear me, and hear me very well. Do not take a contract with this business. I repeat, do not take a contract with Cell C, nomatter how happy you are on the day. To add salt to injury, half the time their ****py network is switching on and off. I intend to take them to the ombud. My blood pressure is at maximum. Just by allowing them to take debit orders I let the wolf in through the front gate. The proverbial trojan horse. Learn from me, dont make this mistake.
