Thieving incompetence - DO NOT ENGAGE

I cancelled my contract with Cell C and had to pay a ridiculous penalty considering it was just a sim contract. Further more my monthly bill just increased without notification. Anyway I paid the amount and sent the proof of payment to the given email and informed them that the email originated from my bank. I have now had another monthly payment deducted from my account. This is tantamount to theft. Don’t they read the damn emails sent to them. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Cell C thinks they can treat clients like dirt.
