Thieving Cell C with no permission

A few months ago cellc never brought to my attention that thier debit order was going off and they were refunding me now I owed close to 4k which I would now have to pay it off.... Today I wake up and they have take close to 4k out of my account! With out my permission and now I'm short on rent and my child school fees! How can you people do this to someone in a pandemic with out thier permission? The best part is they have taken the 4k without permission but my phone is still disconnected........ Cell C you are the worse provider... You ***** from your customers just like the ANC. I want someone to contact me right away or I will be taking this further as this is theft.
