Thieving CELL C 4 URSELF

On the 1st Feb, I call cellc to see what my account was for the month. I found out it was greater and R700 which was unusual as the account is normally under R200 per month. I called the call centre to ask why the account was so high and was told that a \migration fee of R438.60 ex vat / R500 incl vat was added onto my account. So I advised the agent that I had upgraded my phone around Nov 2014 this was not mentioned
