******* who refused to repay me money owed

<p>In February 2016 I was sent an amount to pay to make my cell c contract paid up as I no longer needed my phone as I was going overseas. I paid the amount, called cell c and was told my contract was cancelled. As I no longer reside in SA I did not see my post and that they were still debiting me. When my account ran out of credit funds I noticed that they were deducting money off of my bank account. I called cell c and each time was sent from pillar to post speaking to up to 4 people in one call and eventually being told I would be called back in 20 minutes, this never happened. I have tried calling 3 times and each time this happens. Cell C refuse to repay me what they have ******, refuse to call me back and refuse to acknowledge that my account was cancelled in Feb 2016. I am forced to go to sleep hours later as I wait for them to call me back with a very obvious time difference between SA and where I am. This is very dissapointing as I thought cell c was better than the other providers, but I was sorely mistaken.</p>
