If there was a -100 stars I would gladly give this useless company that rating! I have been waiting for my hourly data for over an hour. Called twice and was told that they are having challenges. However, they have escalated my case to the back office and I will receive a text with a reference number. Needless to say, no text arrived! Oh, and I am to expect a refund in 48hrs. I am disgusted. My money was debited right away, now I have to wait for a refund in 48hrs because cell c's is *********** and inadequate and cannot.

Early today, I had an issue because I had bought the same hourly date and when I had 58mbs, I couldn't access it. I called only to be told by some *********** idiot that on her system it says 16mbs and she can't help me.
