I have never been so disgusted in my life, my wife has a cell contract with two lines, each line is R370, so in essence she must pay R740, but guess what cell c wants to make their money problems go away with my poor wife. to give you an indication since October last year to date cell c has debit her successfully for an amount of R7 832,8, we have no out of bundle enabled one of the sims has not been used for over a year only one sim is active, i am going to take matter further to the CPA, ombudsman and every social media outlet, i know you going under but please leave us out of it this is ****ing ludicrous, they debit her 6 ****ing times in one month and we have had enough we need our money refunded as soon as possible and a ****ing apology as this is *******, and *******ion.
