******* from Cell C $#@ts

As a very loyal Cell C customer of many years, I never imagined that they would be such ripoffs. Like literally *******. I bought a 1Gig data bundle from them and they sent an SMS saying it's been successfully uploaded but they never sent the data, even though they took the money for the data. Upon finding this out, I complained twice via their email complaints platform, they responded twice saying that they did upload the data, even though I told them I never got any data from them. Upon trying their online complaints platform, my number FAILED to work. I suppose I have been blocked from complaining. I even downloaded their lousy application to try and resolve the matter, even tried to call in, but still my query has not been resolved. I guess this is what you are used to doing to your loyal customers, ***** from them in order to boost your ****ing profits. ****ing ripoffs that claim to be the best service provider in the country, but you ****ing ***** from the very PEOPLE that keep your business operating. Regardless of the horrible signal and neverending network errors, I still ****ing stick around. I guess this is my time to move to an honest, reliable and productive provider. This **** is very ****ing unacceptable
