I app**** for a contract with CellC in MARCH and was promised an amazing package that I could not refuse. Once I was ported to their network, I was informed that I would not get the complete package as I was on another network, which is part of CellC. I promptly cancelled the contract - Handed the SEALED / un-used phone back and was told I need to worry everything will be reversed. CellC had the cheek to debit order / ***** an amount of R 323.97 from me! I returned everything within 7 working days. I notified the necessary people. I am disgusted. CellC definitely do not honor anything they advertise. Bunch of *******.
