My daughter purchased a 25 airtime and she didn't make any calls and in less than a minute her airtime got finished. Technicians at cell c said that she was downloading from her plays store app and she wasn't on the app at all. She then recharged again and she didn't get her airtime then she recharged again for another 25 rand...cell c is definitely *****ing people's money
