in May 2015 my girlfriend call call Cell C to change her banking details to my banking details as she can not afford to make a payment for cellphone no: *** and cellphone no: *** and we were told by a consultant that it was done and we have to make a payment in the beginning of June by cash which we done and then Cell C calls us at the end of June stating we owe them R160 for debit order returns but we thought is was change so we only change them when the second consultant made us aware at the end of june , then when we make them aware it not our fault they gave us a case no: *** and said they will sort everything out and get back to us but they never did instead they deducted the money from amount , i believe they are unfair and don't give a damn the clients and to think i was planning to upgrade one of the phones but i promised i will never join then or upgrade ever again .
