<p>I took up a contract with Cell C for a 10 Gig router for about R226 a month about 4 months back.</p> <p>I specifically told them that I want it capt and dont want extra charges apart from those I have on the contract. The lady who had very bad service agreed. </p> <p>A month later I got a deduction of R3400 from my account. I told them that they had done this and I want them to rectify it. The following month they did the same thing and I quickly reversed the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regional manager from Polokwane called me and told me they would rectify everything and pay me back. He asked me to send my account number. A week later he sent me an sms telling he had left the company and someone else would continue to assist me. No one since then has assisted. I have tried to write on Cell C facebook wall, but they just act like they are helpful and then do nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went on Facebook again and Cell C told me that the credited the amount onto my Cell C account.We are not talking about easy money like R100. We are talking about R3400, my children's food!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do people? this is not right!!!</p>
