I have had one contract with cell C that has successfully ended 6 months ago(after MULTIPLE STRUGGLES) - They tried to debit a few amounts after that which we paid and requested ANOTHER cancellation. We did not hear anything from Cell C for about 4 months and all of a sudden they started deducting funds from my account saying there is arrears. I contacted Cell C requesting the outstanding balance(which i have on a recording) stating there is nothing outstanding? Now how on earth are you deducting funds from my account every second day?????????!!!!!!!!
