<p>I purchased 100Gb in February this year for R1499 valid for 365 days. I understand the validity is dependant on the usage but every time i check my usage it tells me i have xGb out of 47Gb ??? What happend to the other 50Gb?? I have logged a number of support tickets and to date i have had no solutions. I just get told to go to a branch for them to explain my usage ..... I have now used my 47Gb (????) AND HAVE NO MORE DTATA AVAILABLE !!!!! What the hell is going here ???? Either give me back my 50Gb or refund me 50% of my R1499 you stole.</p>

24 Apr 2017, 08:53I am still not totally convinced after my discussion with Danielle and they sent me a copy of my usage ..... After not having any data left i decided to load anothe 100Gb on Saturday ..... Now when i look at my usage on the website it tells me i have 96Gb of my 147Gb ? I only purchased 100Gb and the missing 47Gb has now suddenly appeard as part of mu current availablity, although it registers correctly as having 96Gb remaining ..... What is the point of this self service website if the information is totally unreliable?
