I'm absolutely disgusted! I canceled all my Cell C accounts in December 2019 and somehow randomly a debit order for my old data contract went through my account on the 22nd February 2020 in the amount of R765. 77. This is really unacceptable?! My old cell c number was *** and a data bundle was linked to this number. I would expect nothing less than a refund to be done immediately.
