THIEVERY BY CELL C

Cell C have been billing me monthly for a contract that ended in Jan 2019. Furthermore, 2 management representatives informed me that I will no longer be billed and that I would be refunded. However, I have not been refunded and am still being billed.

I have emailed them multiple times, with very few responses, if any. I have contacted them via social media and received only generic responses. I have shared my experience on social media but have still not received a response from them.

This is thievery and should not be allowed.
