For over a month I have been recieving messages from cell c telling me that my 30 day data bundle is expiring in two days.
This morning I got that exact same sms, when I called the call centre I was told the last time I bought a data bundle was in September "***" in a world of social media, google maps and WhatsApp where would one not buy any data in 4 months?
Yes I have wifi at home and at work but what about when I need to use google maps? something is seriously wrong you *****ing my data 2 days after purchase and you expect me to just understand that your system shows the last purchase was in September? something is fishy with Cell C worst service ever!!!!
